As our community responds to the coronavirus outbreak, please be assured that National
Heating & Cooling has activated company-wide safety measures to protect our customers as
well as our team members. Our Safety Response Team is communicating daily to assess and
address the evolving requirements of this situation, and the specific needs of our customers
and team members.

We are taking the following precautions to
ensure you and our team members are safe:
Requiring that all National Heating & Cooling employees are tested for coronavirus.
Taking each team members’ temperature each morning.
Equipping our team members with protective gear to cover their nose and mouth.
Wearing protective gloves to prevent hand contact with your home's surfaces.
Practicing the recommended social distancing of six feet from others to prevent
person-to-person transmission.
Questions that we will ask before we come to your home are:
Do you have ANY of the following?
a.) A COVID-19 diagnosis
b.) A pending COVID-19 test
c.) Any symptoms of COVID-19 (Fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or
smell).
Have you been in contact with anyone who has or had COVID-19 testing, diagnosis,
or symptoms over the last 14 days?
When interacting with our technician, we ask that you be mindful of proper social
distancing and wear a form of facial covering.
